アメリカのABCで2004年から2012年まで放映されていたドラマ『デスパレートな妻たち』
日本でもNHKなどで放映され、サスペンス、ミステリーにコメディ要素が加わり、かなりの人気を博しました。
日本ではスーザン役の女優萬田久子の吹替えが話題になりました。
そのシーズン１から８の最終シーズンまでガブリエルを演じたエヴァ・ロンゴリアが『デスパレートな妻たち』のキャストからいじめを受けていたようです。
リネットを演じたフェリシティ・ハフマンの娘の不正入学の裁判官への手紙で判明
今年3月に娘の不正入学で逮捕された『デスパレートな妻たち』のリネット役だったフェリシティ・ハフマン。

この裁判の裁判官に、エヴァ・ロンゴリアは、フェリシティ支援のために、手紙を書いたようです。その手紙の内容が、
仕事場でいじめに遭ったことがあった。私は仕事場に行くのが怖くなった。それは苦しみ以外の何者でもなかった。ある日、フェリシティがその人に「いい加減にして」と言ってくれ、すべてが終わった。
その他にも、シーズン１の主役の中で、エヴァ1人だけゴールデングローブ賞にノミネートされなかった時も、フェリシティが慰めてくれたそう。
主役女性の中で1人だけヒスパニックで、年も少し若かったからでしょうか？
名前は挙げられていませんが、誰でしょうね？
その他にも不仲説と言えば、シーズン1-5までに出ていたイーディー役のニコレット・シェリダンは性格が悪すぎて、途中で降板になったという噂や、シーズン８では、スーザン役のテリー・ハッチャーが仲間外れだった（ほとんど他のキャストと一緒のシーンがなかったので）という噂もありました。
